Questions
- Do subscriptions renew automatically?
- No. Subscriptions don’t renew automatically. You’ll get a reminder to renew during the week before your subscription ends.
- What happens if I forget to renew?
- You get a 5-day grace period to renew without losing access. The grace period doesn’t add time to your subscription: your new term starts on your original expiration date, whether you renew on time or during the grace period. If you don’t renew by the end of the 5 days, your access ends.
- Will my data be affected if I choose the Daily plan?
- No. Everything you’ve logged stays yours and stays accessible on the Daily plan and available for export.
- Do I need to cancel?
- No. Nothing renews on its own, so there’s nothing to cancel. To stop, don’t renew. You keep access through the 5-day grace period after your subscription ends. If you were charged by mistake or are unhappy within your first week, contact us.
- Do you sell my data to cover costs?
- No. SymDay doesn’t share your data with third parties, regardless of plan. See our privacy policy for more info about how your data is handled.
- What happens when my 60-day trial ends?
- You’ll be reminded during the week before it ends and during the 5-day grace period after. You can subscribe to Horizons or Daily during that time. Nothing is charged automatically. If you don’t subscribe, your access ends after the grace period, and inactive accounts are deleted. See our privacy policy for timing details.

- What does beta mean?
- Interest in SymDay is still being tested. Paid plans aren’t live yet, and whether they launch depends on interest. See About SymDay for more info.
